Zoologi Museum Bogor
Situated next to Botanical Garden. With entrance fee of Rp 1000, visitors can see some animal species living in Indonesia. Skeleton of Blue Whale at the back of the building is most invite curiosity of the big whale stranded in one of the beaches in Indonesia. The whale is as big as a size of yacht : )
The display is quite interesting. From insects, butterfly to mammal and reptile like snakes. Although I have to admit, both displays and miniature are quite old and not updated. But at least it will give you an idea about few species living in Indonesia .
